Summary: Staff excellent well trained and attentive. Breakfast was good and food in dining room lovely and well presented in a beautiful room. Bedroom was large but poorly lit. The windows had curtains but no nets so you had to close the curtains so no one could see in.Nowhere to put makeup on as poor light and bathroom although lovely had nowhere to put makeup down. Nowhere to put soap bag. the room.

Summary: Staff were all fantastic, food in the pub was fab . Only down side was the TV, they seem to have some system that dose not allow you to watch all the channels that are listed , ie i picked Film 4 and it would revert back to some rubbish channel and the same for other channels

Summary: Had a wonderful stay at the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well looked after. The hotel is full of character, beautifully maintained, and the service was warm, professional, and attentive throughout. The absolute highlight of our stay was the resident cat—incredibly friendly and affectionate, always ready for a cuddle. It added such a special, heart-warming touch to an already lovely experience. A charming hotel with exceptional hospitality (and the sweetest furry host!). Would happily return and highly recommend it.

Summary: There was a rim of dust in the rooms along the walls No facility for guests to sit have a drink and chat The bar was. Used for food and it was busy as food was good But no option to book in bar but.there was for some . Not for anyone under 65 No entertainment Not enough seats in foyer and what was there was grubby Car park excelence Near to shops Tu he staff were very young and not trained Stressful one felt unwanted Near to shops
